Tiger Bucks balances transfer from one year to another and are not cleared out at the end of any semester.
圣澳门金沙赌城线上游戏 reserves the right to charge a Tiger Bucks account inactivity fee on funds left on deposit in accounts with no record of activity (for a period of time that exceeds one year from the time of original or last deposit). This charge will continue until account activity resumes or the account balance reaches zero ($0.00). 此时，该帐户将被关闭. Account inactivity fees will cease to be assessed if or when the account activity resumes.

If you lose your Tiger Card, you can disable it using the 得到 app. If you have any issues with accessing the 得到 app, 请联络老虎卡办事处 (210-999-7825) or TUPD (210-999-7070 non-emergency).
In the event you are reporting a lost or stolen card after regular business hours, contact your RA to discuss options for obtaining a temporary replacement card. The temporary replacement will allow you access to residence halls and your living space but unfortunately it will not provide you with access to your meal plan or Tiger Bucks.
You will not be held responsible for any amount charged to your account after it is designated as “lost” in the 得到 app or portal. 如果您不报失您的老虎卡, you will be held responsible for all charges made from it - please DO NOT wait to report it lost in the app.
There is no charge or fee for the replacement of a Tiger Card if the issue was caused by normal wear and tear.

How to submit your photo for your new Tiger Card
- Go to the 得到 website (which you can find by going to tigerbucks.. Com)点击 “管理我的信用卡” 快速链接, and 然后 click on the “得到” to log in to the university’s secured online management system.
